HOME WOD: 16 alternating db/kB snatches 16 single arm db/kB row 3 rds 30 sec one arm tall plank 10 strict presses ( opposite hand) 4 rds (For the plank open legs for stability, alternate 2 rds one arm and 2 with other arm) “Two ships crossing “ Alternating between these 2 movements Sit ups 50-40-30-20-10 Push ups 10-20-30-40-50 All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
