GYM WOD: Swod: 10-12 min to work on snatch to moderate weight Conditioning: 50 push ups 100 sit ups 100 squats 50 burpees HOME WOD: 100 push ups 200 sit ups 200 air squats 100 burpees Into 10 min run moderate pace All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
