HSPU work and tech

10-15 min to work on:

1-Getting into HS

2-HS negative

E90 sec x 6, 5-7 reps (very slow and controlled descent)

3- strict HSPU

E90 sec x 6, 3-5 strict HSPU

4- kipping HSPU

EMOM x 6, 3-4 kipping HSPU

5- deficit kipping HSPU

4-5 reps, 3-4 rds rest as needed

6- HS shoulder taps practice

7- HS walk practice, spend some time accumulating distance recover enough between attempts


15min. to get as far as possible...

3 Rounds:

15 TTB

5 SA Devil Press 50/35

Immediately into;

3 Rounds:

10 TTB

3 SA Devil Press

Immediately into;

3 Rounds:


1 SA Devil Press

Max Double Unders in remaining time.
